The resting cottonball

My first non-Dgrayman picture in a long time! Pokemon was the thing keeping me away from Deviantart in the first place (cursed battle subway), so it makes since that my return to art would be a pokemon picture. Unfortunately, my break from art made me forget what some of the copic markers looked like when applied to paper, so Whimsicott ended up looking much more yellow than I originally intended Why did I draw Whimsicott? Because it is cute! Maybe I will train one someday.
I don't own Whimsicott or Pokemon, GameFreak does!
I do, however, own this cute little picture!
